Returns & Refunds


Items sent outside Australia are not returnable.

Saddle returns are subject to the trial terms.

The return details for saddles must be submitted via the returns form within 7 days of receiving.

Emails, Facebook or Text messages advising of a return are not accepted.

Accessories can be returned within 7 days, they must be in the same condition as when received, free from dirt, dust, sweat and hair. New items must have original wrap/labels in tact.


Refunds are processed within 2 working days by the same payment method as was originally used. 


Post costs and gullet exchange fees are not refundable.

Return Costs

The return cost for saddles is deducted from your refund.

Return by post $75, this covers standard post and admin costs.

If you wish to add insurance this can be added and paid at the post office.

If you select Express post on your order, the return post is automatically Express so will incur additional return costs. 

Return in person $35.

Accessories new and used, return post cost to be paid and organised by customer.

Return Process for Saddles 


Return by Post:

Post and notify within 7 days. 

  • Clean with a damp cloth & glycerine soap, do not apply conditioner.

  • Pack back in original packaging & tape the box well. 

  • Attach the return label which you will find in your parcel attached to an info sheet.

  • Hand in at the Post Office, you will be given a lodgment receipt.

  • Submit the return form, include the lodgment number or a photo of it.

Return in Person:

Return within 7 days. 

  • Clean with a damp cloth & glycerine soap, do not apply conditioner.

  • Book a time to return via the online booking page. (the last day to return is day 7) No same day appointments so book a day ahead.
