Returns & Refunds


Items sent outside Australia are not returnable.

Saddle Central must be advised of all returns by email within 7 days. The email must include name on order, order number and the tracking / lodgement number. Email to  Facebook or Text messages are not accepted. No email = No return.



Saddles purchased using Laybye or Afterpay are not returnable. The 7 day trial does NOT apply.

Saddles purchased with other payment methods are returnable within 7 days of receiving (subject to the trial terms).

All saddles being returned by post must be posted using the return postage label included in your parcel. Local customers that collected and wish to return by post will need to contact Saddle Central for a posting label.  If returning in person book a time online via the online booking page

The return cost is $35 per saddle. Including those collected and returned in person.  The $35 covers standard post and admin costs, if you wish to add insurance this is extra and you can pay for this at the Post office.


New Accessories

Can be returned within 7 days of receiving. The items must be unused with the manufacturer's packaging/labels intact.


Second Hand Accessories 

Can be returned within 7 days of receiving. They must be in the same condition as when received, free from dirt, dust, sweat and hair.  



Refunds are processed within 2 working days by the same payment method as was originally used, except HUMM90/Skye purchases, which are refunded to your bank account,  you can then pay it to your finance account yourself. 

Post costs are not refundable.

Purchases made using Afterpay are not refundable.  

Purchases made on interest free finance (HUMM90/Skye) and then returned for a refund will incur a 2% return fee.

If you are due a refund to your bank account don’t forget to include bank details in your return parcel or email.
