Returns 

 

All saddles sold via this website with a delivery address in Australia are automatically sold with a 7 day trial/refund period. The 7 days starts on the day you receive the saddle not the day we post.

 

Items other than saddles are sold with a 7 day right to return but no trial.  

 

Orders sent outside Australia are not returnable.

 

All saddles being returned by post must be posted using the return postage label included in your parcel. Local customers that collected and wish to return by post will need to contact us for a posting label.   

All saddle returns including those collected and returned in person have a fixed cost of $35 per saddle, this will be deducted from the refund. The $35 covers standard post and admin costs, if you wish to add insurance this is extra and you can pay for this at the Post office.

Saddle trials are seven days, the saddle must be back in the post with tracking number emailed to saddle Central by day eight. Day one is the day you receive your order, eg receive it Monday, day seven would be Sunday and day eight Monday.

 

Email the tracking / lodgement number along with the name and order number to enquiries@saddlecentral.com.au  Text messages are not accepted.

If  an email is not received by close of business on the 8th day the saddle is SOLD and not returnable.

All items being returned must be returned in the same condition as received. Free from dirt, dust, sweat and hair. 

 

Re-using the original packaging is recommended.

A refund will be processed within 2 working days by the same payment method as was originally used. Purchases made using Skye finance, we refund to your bank account and you can pay off your Skye account your self.

Saddles purchased on interest free finance and then returned (within the trial period) will have 2% deducted from the refund.
