Amerigo saddles are made in Europe, designed for top level performance, with correct anatomical design based on equine biomechanics. This Cortina is part of the premium range, not to be compared to the cheaper "Vega" range.
It features:
- Deep seat.
- Narrow twist.
- Large knee blocks.
- Tree designed for longer withers and straighter backs.
- Flock filled panels.
- Upswept rear panels for freedom through the back and helpful when fitting a shorter back.
- A +1.5 tree we measure it to be a MW-W fit.
The current new retail price is around $7500. You can have the benefit of riding in a quality designed saddle at a fraction of the new price. This one was made in 2009, its had plenty of use and has some signs of wear, but its all minor, this saddle has plenty of years left in it.

The fit of every saddle is unique. Even if the makers, models, and sizes are the same between two saddles, the fit may be different. Adjustments and customizations may have been made.
