Orders are sent via Australia Post, including Australia Post Express International, with the exception of USA destinations, which are sent via DHL Express.
A signature is required upon delivery for all saddle parcels.
Please ensure delivery details are correct at checkout, as Saddle Central cannot be held responsible for parcels that are redirected or delayed due to incorrect address information.

Domestic Express Post is available to selected locations in SA, VIC and NSW. At this stage, Express Post is not offered for saddles to QLD, WA, NT or TAS due to carrier pricing. Please contact us prior to ordering for an Express Post quote.

Important Information
All shipping rates are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Accessories can be included with saddle shipments where space allows.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import fees charged by their country.
When sending used saddles internationally, we may exclude used accessories or saddle covers that show signs of dirt or horse hair due to customs and biosecurity requirements. Any accessories included are provided as a bonus and are not reflected in the saddle price, so no price adjustments will be made if they are removed. Where possible, we will replace saddle covers with a new fleece cover.
